EOC Test Score Records for Courses Taken in a Previous School Year

Students can take the EOC test for a course they are taking in a future year. For reporting purposes, the test results must be entered as stored grades. Use the Single New Entry stored grade page to create these record or import the records into the StoredGrades. When entering these records, ensure the School Year element ([StoredGrades]TermID) reflects the year in which the grade is to be reported.

In addition, the store code of the stored grade must match the store code that has been designated as the EOC stored code at the district level.
