Once the IEP record is saved, it is visible on the Special Ed tab. Users can click the IEP Start Date value to edit or delete the record. If one or more records have been created and a user clicks New, the field values are populated by default, in the new record, from the previous record for the following fields and users can update values as necessary:

Transition IEP Status Code | Choose the appropriate transition IEP status code from the pop-up menu. This code applies to continuing or transition IEP special education students who did not graduate after four years of high school and who have a current IEP that contains prior written notice that the student is not predicted to graduate with their peers. This field is required for returning 12th grade students who continue beyond four years of high school.
