School Safety Survey Report

Contents

Introduction

This report function will create a zip file that contains:

  1. A PDF report that is used to meet state and federal requirements for the collection and reporting of school safety data.
  2. A CSV audit file that may be opened with a spreadsheet application or text editor that will allow users to see all the students who are enrolled during the user selected start and end date and under which school safety category or categories the students were reported.

The counts may differ between the PDF and CSV files as the PDF report is a summary of all reportable items. The CSV file explains how those totals were derived.
