Introduction
This report uses the state reporting platform to generate results. There may be some additional setup required to run this report. The additional setup required to will be to configure ReportWorks Preferences if you have not already done so.
If you have already configured ReportWorks Preferences, no additional setup is required.
If you have not configured ReportWorks Preferences, please refer to the "ReportWorks Preferences" section of the ReportWorks Setup Guide located on PowerSource. This section will provide steps for configuring the scheduler node for the report queue.
Selection Criteria
The Student School ID must be in the selected schools to run.
Student's enrollment must be within the entered date range.
Students enrollment status must be 4 - The student is a home school education student participating in funded activities in this school.
The student's current enrollment cannot be excluded from State Reporting.
Courses that do not earn credit are not reported for grades 9-12. All courses will be reported for the other grade levels.
School is not excluded from state reporting.

Field | Description |
Select Schools | If run at the district level, choose one of the following:
If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. |
Select Students | Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:
Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report. |
Start Date | Enter the first date in the date range for this report. A student must have an active enrollment record equal to or later than this date to be included on the report. |
End Date | Enter the last date in the date range for this report. A student must have an active enrollment record prior to or equal to this date to be included on the report. |
Include Column Headings | Choose the option to include or not include column headings in the report. Note: If running this report for the i4see Home School Students Submission, do not include the column headings. |
Include Student Names | Choose the option to include or not include a column of student names in the report. The state file should not include the student names, the 'Yes' option is for verification purposes only. The default is set to ‘No’. Note: If running this report for the i4see Home School Students Submission, do not include the student names. |
Scheduling – Run Now | Leave Run Now selected to run the report now. |
Scheduling – Please Select When to run | Click the Schedule button to schedule this report to run nightly. Check the weekdays only box. |
