Introduction
This report uses the state reporting platform to generate results. There may be some additional setup required to run this report. The additional setup required to will be to configure ReportWorks Preferences if you have not already done so.
- If you have already configured ReportWorks Preferences, no additional setup is required.
- If you have not configured ReportWorks Preferences, please refer to the "ReportWorks Preferences" section of the ReportWorks Setup Guide located on PowerSource. This section will provide steps for configuring the scheduler node for the report queue.
Selection Criteria
- The school is not excluded from state reporting.
- The student is not excluded from state reporting.
- The student is enrolled during the specified time frame.
- The student credits and GPA's when stored.
Required Set-Up
- Identify schools that are excluded from State reporting
- Identify students who are excluded from State reporting
- Verify and store student Credits Earned and GPAs using the Store Credits Earned and GPA function > Start Page > System Reports > State > Store Credits Earned and GPA.
- Report should be run for high schools only.

Field | Description |
Select Schools | If run at the district level, choose one of the following:
If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. |
Select Students | Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:
Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report. |
Start Date | Enter the first date in the date range for this report. |
End Date | Enter the last date in the date range for this report. |
Include Column Headings | Select whether to include or not include column headers on the report. Note: If running this report for the i4see Credits and GPA Submission, do not include the column headings. |
Include Student Names | Choose the option to include or not include a column of student names in the report. The state file should not include the student names, the 'Yes' option is for verification purposes only. The default is set to ‘No’. Note: If running this report for the i4see Credits and GPA Submission, do not include the student names. |
Scheduling – Run Now | Leave Run Now selected to run the report now. |

Please Select Schedule Settings | Enter the Start Date and Start time. Click the Repeat button. |
Please select repeat cycle options. | Choose the applicable option. |

Submit | Click Submit to schedule the report |
