Understanding the Report Output Table

The report output tables include the following elements:

  • Form location or spreadsheet column –
    • PDF: The question number/letter and category (i.e., Secondary A2)
    • Spreadsheet: The column letter when opened in Excel
  • Data Element
    • PDF: The question category, numbering and text (i.e., Location and Sponsorship)
    • Spreadsheet: The column heading when opened in Excel
  • Description – Additional information about the data element.
  • [Table] – The name of the table where the data is stored.
  • Field Name – The name of the field where the data is stored.

Note: The Table name appears in brackets with the Field Name directly following. Example: [Table]FieldName.
