State Reporting 20.9.3.0 Release Notes

PSSR-247095	NC - Principal's Monthly Report (PMR 1) Displays Perfect Attendance	Principal Monthly Report: Version 5.6 The PMR summary and detail now reports the correct attendance. Previously, schools were reported as having 100% attendance.
PSSR-243982	NC - Principal's Monthly Report (PMR)	Principal's Monthly Report (PMR): Version 1.9 Present On-Site and Present Off-Site data columns are added to the Enrollments Report view. Tech Note: The percentages for On-Site and Off-Site correlate to the 1R Attendance Code. This is calculated using either Daily or Meeting Attendance, Days Present. In cases where Daily and Meeting Attendance are both selected, Daily is the default and the Bridge Period is the deciding factor for the daily calculation. If the Bridge Period is 1R then the entire daily minutes are used. If the Bridge Period is still a Present code, not 1R, but there are other periods that indicate a 1R attendance we will use the meeting minutes for those 1R periods. This is in order to achieve accurate Off-Site percentages as possible. The percentages are calculated to the nearest hundredth.

PSSR-241370	Report Title and Column Heading Modified for AIG Totals by Race and Sex Report	The following report names have been modified for Fall and Spring: At School Level: Report Name AIG Totals by Race and Sex in School is modified to AIG Totals by Identification Area, Race, and Sex in Schools. At LEA Level: Report Name AIG Totals by Race and Sex in LEA is modified to AIG Totals by Identification Area, Race, and Sex in LEA. Column Header modified from Exceptionality to Identification Area.

PSSR-247222	CFU Data Collection Not Displaying Modified Covid19 Courses	Common Follow Up: Version 2.1 For students who had a Historical Grade Course Number altered to indicate a covid19 course ('Z' was inserted in the 7th character), these courses were not being shown on the CFU Courses Data View. The report has been modified to allow these courses to show.
