Powerschool CRDC Preview Reports: Version 1.0

The CRDC Part 1 and part 2 reports are now merged into one report. It is called The Powerschool CRDC Preview Reports.

CRDC School Aggregations Report: Version 1.0

The CRDC Student Aggregations by School - Part 1 and CRDC Student Aggregations by School - Part 2 reports have been merged into the one report. The data is alphabetized by Cat 1 and Cat 2.

CRDC School Detail Report: Version 1.0

The CRDC School Detail - Part 1 and CRDC School Detail - Part 2 reports have been merged as CRDC School Detail Report. The data is alphabetized by Cat 1 and Cat 2.

GRS Detail Report: Version 1.0

The logic for grade levels PK is updated to include the new XG grade Level.

Principal Monthly Report, version 1.0

The GRS Summary at the LEA Level View logic is changed for grades level PK (include till -5 grade) and it now includes New XG grade Level (-9)

The GRS Summary at the School Level View logic is changed for grades level PK (include till -5 grade) and it now includes New XG grade Level (-9).

All Enrollments

The SchoolID Column has been added to the All Enrollment page for the student. This will help in testing the cross enrolled courses taken at the destination school.

CRDC Class Detail by School - Part 1

Certified teacher info is now determined based on the IOF Certified data.

CRDC Class Detail by School - Part 1
This update removes cross-enrollment data from School B (School A = Home School and School B = Destination School, where the course is taken).

The issue with the CRDC state code set not removing course counts when a course code is removed from the state code set has been resolved.

The logic for Algebra I Passed in CRDC reporting is changed to use earned hours credits versus percentage at the request of NCDPI.

PowerSchool CRDC Preview Report - Part 1 & 2 (NC Dashboard Report)
CRDC Report Collection submission dates are updated. The submission start date is 1st October and the Submission end date is 15th January for the selected school year.

CRDC Student Detail - Admission and Withdraw Report: Version 1.0

A new CRDC Student Detail - Admission and Withdraw report is created. It shows all the enrollment data for the collection run year.

CRDC Student Detail - Course Enrollment, Exams, Athletics Report: Version 1.0

A new CRDC Student Detail - Course Enrollment, Exams, Athletics Report has been created for the CRDC Collection at the school level.

CRDC Student Detail - Discipline Report: Version 1.0

A new CRDC Student Detail - Discipline Report has been created for CRDC Collection at the school level.

CRDC Student Detail - PreSchool Discipline Report: Version 1.0

A new CRDC Student Detail - PreSchool Discipline Report has been created for the CRDC Collection at the school level.

CRDC Student Detail - School Enrollment, Program Enrollment, Retention Report: Version 1.0

A new CRDC Student Detail - School Enrollment, Program Enrollment, Retention Report has been created for the CRDC Collection at the school level.

PMR Detail Report: Version 1.0

The logic for grade levels for PK is changed to include the new XG grade Level.
PK counts only grades -1, -2, -3, -4, -5
XG counts only grades -9

PMR Enrollments Report: Version 1.0

State Grade levels are segregated and are displayed in the PMR Enrollments Report as follows:

-1,-2,-3,-4 and - 5 ==> PK
-9 ==> XG

Renamed the following CRDC Reports:

1. CRDC LEA Detail - Part 1 to CRDC LEA Detail (School and LEA level)
2.CRDC LEA-level Student Aggregations - Part 2 to CRDC LEA Aggregations (School and LEA level)
3. CRDC Class Detail by School - Part 1 to CRDC Class Detail by School (School Level)

Any CRDC related course information from the destination school (School B) for a cross enrolled student will be counted at home school (school A) in any CRDC reports.
