MSIS 2.0: K12 Student Update

The Neglected or Delinquent field has been converted into a drop-down list for school administrators to update and publish student status in the Neglected or Delinquent program. Data Entry Update:

The Neglected or Delinquent field is updated to include the following valid values:

  • <blank>

  • Neg=Neglected

  • Del=Delinquent

Resource Publishing Update

The NeglectedOrDelinquentProgramType field is updated to publish the following values:

  • If “Neg” then extract as NeglectedPrograms

  • If “Del” then extract as DelinquentPrograms

  • Else if <blank> then don't extract this element.

MSIS 2.0: K12 Students Update

Fixed an issue where No-Show students with an enrollment status of “01813” did not automatically update to “01814” upon publishing changes; users must now delete the student’s record and perform a ‘Publish All’ to reflect the correct status.
