June Student Discipline Incident Management Report (New)

June Student Discipline Incident Management Report: Version 1.0

A new June Student Discipline Incident Management Report is now available under the State Reports that extract discipline data from Incident Management.

Known Issues:

The report has the following known issues that will be fixed in the next available release:

• The Weapon Possession code extracts as WP instead of W.

• Discipline incidents of harassment and bullying are required for CRDC only and must be excluded.

• Weapons/Objects for Local Use only must be excluded.

This release also includes updates to the Incident Management Setup.

Added the following Action Attributes that are required for State Reporting:

• Modified Length: Yes/No

• Alternate Placement Indicator: Yes/No

Added the following Action Change Codes to bridge the gap from Logs to Incident Management:

• A = Agreement

• C = Court

• D = District

• E = Early Completion

• O = Other
