Student Personal Report

The Student Personal Report provides demographic data about students who are new to the district or whose demographic data has changed, within a user-specified data range.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Student Selection

The report selects students based on the following criteria:

  • The student must not be excluded from state reporting.

  • The student must be enrolled at least one day between the Report Start Date and the Report End Date.

School Selection

  • The school must not be excluded from state reporting.

Select Schools*

Select the schools to include in the report:

If sub-districts are not enabled:

  • Select Mulitple Schools – Includes all student records associated with the selected schools that meet the selection criteria.

  • All Schools - Includes all the schools in the district.

If sub-districts are enabled:

  • Select Mulitple Schools - Includes all student records associated with the selected schools that are mapped to the sub-district.

  • All Schools in selected sub-district - Includes all the schools mapped to the sub-district.

Current Selection Students*

Choose which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

  • The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.

  • All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running the report.


Report Start Date*

Enter the report start date.

Report End Date*

Enter the report end date.

Extract Data for Optional Columns?

Select Yes to display data for optional columns.

Select No if you do not want to display data for optional columns.

Report Output

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report is described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.

Note: The following data elements are required for the report submission except when listed as "blank is allowed".

SAUID

The NEO Organization ID for the attending SAU.

If a sub-district number is enabled and mapped to the selected school, then the sub-district number displays in the SAUID column. Details about Enabling Sub-District Configuration.

The district number on import must match the district number tied to the student’s enrollment. If they do not match, the following error message appears: “Student does not have an enrollment in this SAU ID, School ID, and school year.”
