PSSR-257368	All States/Provinces: Digital Equity and Learning Preference link is Visible on Public Portal When Disabled	Digital Equity and Learning Preference public portal data entry has been updated and will no longer be visible when the district-level preference has not been enabled. Additionally, when enabled, the icon in the public portal will display on the left navigation bar as expected.
PSSR-255849	Rename Contract Staff EdLink Extracts	LA EdLink Staff: Version 1.3 The contract staff extracts is renamed to contract_staff_course_offering_link and contract_staff_course_offering_link_ext, to align with EdLink requirements.
PSSR-255306	EdLink Transcript - Work Based Learning Business Name Expanded to 50 Characters	LA EdLink Transcripts: Version 1.1 LA EdLink Transcripts now reports up to 50 characters for the Work Based Learning Business name, from fields that are populated on the following pages: Override Work Based Learning Business Name ( Section Page - Under Louisiana State Reporting Information Section) Work Based Learning Business Name (Course Page - Under Louisiana State Reporting Information Section) Override Work Based Learning Business Name (Stored Grade Page - Under Louisiana State Reporting Information Section)
PSSR-251041	Student and Enrollment Edlink Extracts Should Not Include Pre-registered Students	Pre-registered students are excluded from all EdLink extracts until they become active students.
PSSR-252274	Ability for EdLink Extracts to Automatically Upload to EdLink's SFTP Site	The following EdLink extracts are modified to allow the user to set a report parameter to automatically upload the files to an SFTP location. Districts should use PowerSchool's Remote Connection Management feature to define the SFTP locations that are available for uploading. Districts should follow the instructions provided by EdLink to populate the required fields for the Remote Connection. Based on EdLink instructions, each of the uploaded files is placed into their own self-named folder under that SFTP path location. Use the report's scheduling feature to set up an on-going upload to EdLink.
