Introduction

The following data elements are required for student setup. The first two pages of navigation are removed for brevity:

Start Page > Student.

  1. On the Start Page, select the School link at the top of the page.

  2. Choose the appropriate school.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. Select the first letter of the student's last name.

  5. Select a student from the list. The last accessed student information page opens for the student selected.

To override the value calculated by the report, enter the number of minutes per day the student is enrolled in the district on September 20 th , or on February 20 th , if applicable. If the collection is ENRL and the student was present on September 20 th of the current school year, then the number of minutes is divided by 5. If the student is marked as part-time, then the number of minutes is divided by 5 and then by 2.

Choose the appropriate value to indicate if the student’s transfer is related to provisions of Federal law.

  • 0 or Blank – No transfer under these provisions

  • 2 – Transfer using unsafe school provision (applicable only when student transfers to another school within the same district).
