10. Enrolled or Re-enrolled Date for EL Services (mm/dd/yyyy)

Enter the date the student is enrolled to receive EL Services in your district or if the student exited from the EL Services in the past and has re-entered EL Services for the current school year.

This field is required when the Limited-English-Proficient (LEP) Indicator checkbox is selected.

Enter the date the student stopped receiving EL Services during the current school year.

12. Reason for Ending EL Services

If the student has a Date EL Services Ended, choose the reason the student no longer receives EL Services.

If the student is still receiving EL Services, leave blank.

This field is set to 07 only when EL flag is unchecked, and EL Ending date is not blank

Also, for Current School Year and Previous School Year, EL Record is Editable when Reason for Ending EL Services = ‘02 - Withdrawn by Parents’.
