Connecticut Data Import System

Use the Connecticut State Reporting Import function to import state-assigned discipline incident numbers to be submitted to the state on the ED166 Disciplinary Offense Record report. This section documents the import file layout required to successfully import the incident numbers into PowerSchool. Access the Connecticut Data Import System by navigating to Start Page > District Setup > Data Import System in the Connecticut State Information Section. See District Setup for steps to import the file.

Note: It is recommended to complete the following before importing incident numbers:

• Create a backup of your data
• Limit rights to the Import Incident File page using page-level security permissions.
