How to Find and Generate a Report

All British Columbia reports are available on the State tab of the System Reports > Reports page.


To find and generate a report:

  1. On the Start page, under reports, click System Reports. The Reports page appears.
  2. Click the Province tab. The Province Reports page appears.
  3. Click the link for the report you want to run. The corresponding Report page appears.
  4. Enter information in the required fields.

    Select the checkbox next to the filter fields to save the settings as defaults. To select all checkboxes, choose Select All from the pop-up menu. To clear all checkboxes, choose Clear All.

  5. Click Submit.
