studentProgramEvaluations
Record the observation of a student’s performance in the CCLC grant program. The student’s district ID, associated teacher, and their observation about the student’s participation, classroom behavior, and peer relationship are recorded and reported. This is required to maintain federal grant funding for the 21st CCLC grant.

Selection Criteria
Records are published if the following criteria are met:
The student has a state-unique ID.
Students must not be excluded from state reporting.
The student is in grade levels between 1 and 5.
The student has an active 21st CCLC Program Record.
The student's school is not excluded from state reporting.
The teacher associated must have a state staff unique ID.
Evaluation Date must be in the current school year.
The evaluation record must not be excluded from getting published.
The survey records are a district-level resource, so the school associated with the survey record must be associated with the correct required District.

Entity Output
A Program Evaluation record is published for each student who meets the required criteria.
LEAs and Schools may upload (publish) data to the ODS in real-time or on-demand ("Run Now" button).
Note: Click Export to export the data collection results to an Excel spreadsheet.
