Student SPED Service 014: AZ_StudentSPED_Service
Student SPED Service Participation records after migration of virtual tables are imported using Data Import Manager (DIM).
Use the following steps to import Student SPED Service Participation records.
- Log in at the district level.
- Navigate to Data Import Manager: Special Functions > Importing & Exporting > Data Import Manager.
- Click Choose File and select a file for import.
- Select to Import Into: S_AZ_STU_Sped_Service_C and click Next.
- Map the below columns (Data Element) to the PowerSchool Field column and click Next.
Note: As of the 2019-2020 school year, it is no longer necessary to import the following SPED fields. They are not needed for AzEDS reporting and have been removed from the data entry page.
