Student SPED Service Participation records after migration of virtual tables are imported using Data Import Manager (DIM).
Use the following steps to import Student SPED Service Participation records.

Log in at the district level.

Navigate to Data Import Manager: Special Functions > Importing & Exporting > Data Import Manager.

Click Choose File and select a file for import.

Select to Import Into: S_AZ_STU_Sped_Service_C and click Next.

Map the below columns (Data Element) to the PowerSchool Field column and click Next.
Note: As of the 2019-2020 school year, it is no longer necessary to import the following SPED fields. They are not needed for AzEDS reporting and have been removed from the data entry page.
