This category provides information about Arizona districts and schools as published in the LocalEducationAgency(LEA) and School entities. The Organization Directory category includes the following data views and resources:
Districts and Schools
This view captures a list of all Arizona districts and their associated schools as downloaded from the state in the LocalEducationAgency (LEA) and School Ed-Fi resources within the Education Organization category. The view combines district and school information including the District Name, School Entity ID, School Name, LEA Entity ID, School CTDS, and the LEA CTDS.
localEducationAgency (LEA)
This resource represents an administrative unit at the local level, which exists primarily to operate schools or to contract for educational services. It includes school districts, charter schools, charter management organizations, or other local administrative organizations.
In some cases, Districts of Residence must be mapped with a LEA Entity ID downloaded from the state. The Ed-Fi Codeset Mappings (Other) page can be found by district personnel on the System Administrator page. Refer to the Code Set Mappings section of the PowerSchool Data Exchange documentation for more information.

Organization Tracks
Note: Tracks are no longer downloaded as of the 2018-19 school year.
This view does not have a corresponding Ed-Fi resource, but captures the School track data downloaded from AzEDS and used when publishing student enrollment data. Only schools that have published their school calendar are listed.
For each school in the district with a published school calendar, the layout provides the School Name, School Entity ID, School Year, Track Name, Track Number, Instructional Days, the LEA Entity ID, and the Last Update.
