Importing into Migrated Virtual Tables

It is recommended to import a small test set of data when first importing into a virtual table. For instructions on importing into virtual tables, see Knowledgebase article 11284 on PowerSource.

The migrated virtual tables used for Arizona SAIS state reporting are listed in the pages below.

Note: The Student ID data element represents the student's ID, not his student number. When importing into virtual tables, the student's ID field should be used and not his student_number field.

Also, the TermID data element represents the 2 digit term year. When importing records the TermID value in your import file needs to be the 2 digit term year. The 2 digit term year represents the first 2 digits of the termid of the school year term. For example, the 2011-2012 school year has a termid of 2100. The 2 digit term year for the 2011-2012 school year is 21.
