Arizona 915 Data Change Requests

The Arizona 915 Data Change Requests process allows for the adjustment of data for the most previous school year. These changes can only be made on the approved resources and data elements (see File Output below). In order to publish the data changes, the state requires that districts provide a CSV file with a list of the proposed changes. Once the state has approved the changes, districts can publish using the RETRY ERRORS publishing option.

Generate Records

1. Turn on publishing for the school year in which the 915 Data Change Request is being made. 
   1. On the start page, click the School link at the top of the page and choose District Office from the pop-up menu. 
   2. Choose System under Setup in the main menu.
   3. Under Data Exchange, click General Setup. 
   4. Select the Profile Name.
   5. Select the School Years checkbox for the correct year. 
   6. Click Save.
2. If necessary, run PURGE UNPUBLISHED on selected student categories to clear out unpublished records for school year. 
3. Run PUBLISH MISSING on selected student categories to create records to send and/or manually select individual student records to republish. These records will return a status 401 error.

Run Arizona 915 Data Change Requests Process

1. On the start page click the School link at the top of the page and choose District Office from the pop-up menu. 
2. Choose System under Setup in the main menu.
3. Under Data Exchange, click Diagnostic Viewer Information. 
4. In the Diagnostic Viewer page, choose Arizona 915 Data Change Requests from the Diagnostic View pop-up menu.
5. Click Export to export the data results to an CSV file.

Note: Once the state has approved the changes, publish the changes using the RETRY ERRORS publishing option.
