This page list all the fields for transferring a student out of school.

| Transfer Destination Information | ||
| Destination District | Enter the Destination District of the student. | |
| Destination School | Select the Destination School of the student from the list. | |
| Institution Mailing Address (Appears if you select exit code WB2 or WB4) | Enter Institution Mailing Address. | |
| Check here if student(s) intend to enroll in school during next school year. | * If the box is NOT checked, be advised that all scheduling related data for next year will be cleared. The values cleared will be next school, schedule this student indicator, and all future course requests. | |
| Submit | Click Submit to submit the data. |
