School Information

Introduction

The following data elements are required for Alabama State Reporting setup at School level.

Start Page > District Setup > Schools/School Info

On the Start Page, click the School link at the top of the page. The school list appears.
Choose District Office. The district start page appears.
Click District. The District Setup page appears.
Click Schools/School Info under District Information category. The Schools/School Info appears.
Click on a School Name. The Edit School page appears.
Scroll down to Alabama State Reporting Information category.

Note: For Non-ALSDE AL districts, the process of creating a new school will follow the same procedures used by PowerSchool in other states, instead of relying on the school list from the U_AL_SCHOOLS table.
