Participation Rate Report Updates - Version 2.5

The report column Armed Forces will display output based on the following selection from the Field 'Active Duty Parent/Guardian' on the Participation Rate tab.

• When ‘Active Duty Parent/Guardian' on Participation Rate tab is selected as “Yes”, the student has a parent/guardian on active duty. Then ArmedForces in the Report will display as “Y”.

• When ‘Active Duty Parent/Guardian' on Participation Rate tab is selected as ‘No, the student does not have a parent/guardian on active duty. Then ArmedForces in the Report will display as “N”.

• When ‘Active Duty Parent/Guardian' on Participation Rate tab is selected as ‘Yes, the student has a parent/guardian in U.S Armed Forces but is NOT on active duty. Then ‘ArmedForces’ in the Report will dislpay as “Y”.
