State Reporting 23.2.2.0 Release Notes

The copyright year has been updated to 2023 on all Compliance pages in the following portal pages

• Admin portal pages
• Teachers/Subs portal pages
• Public/Student portal pages

The student Digital Equity & Learning Preferences page will now be visible to users that do (and do not) have access to a student’s Functions page.

The report column Armed Forces will display output based on the following selection from the Field 'Active Duty Parent/Guardian' on the Participation Rate tab.

• When ‘Active Duty Parent/Guardian' on Participation Rate tab is selected as “Yes”, the student has a parent/guardian on active duty. Then ArmedForces in the Report will display as “Y”.
• When ‘Active Duty Parent/Guardian' on Participation Rate tab is selected as ‘No, the student does not have a parent/guardian on active duty. Then ArmedForces in the Report will display as “N”.
• When ‘Active Duty Parent/Guardian' on Participation Rate tab is selected as ‘Yes, the student has a parent/guardian in U.S Armed Forces but is NOT on active duty. Then ‘ArmedForces’ in the Report will dislpay as “Y”.

• Updated Field description for s_ak_stu_x.ActiveDuty_PGOct1 and s_ak_stu_x.ActiveDuty_PG
• Field s_ak_stu_x.ArmedForces_PGOct1 moved to deprecated page.

Fall OASIS page:

• Field s_ak_stu_x.ArmedForces_PGOct1 moved to deprecated page.
• Updated the Field s_ak_stu_x.ActiveDuty_PGOct1 description

Deprecated page:

• Added new field s_ak_stu_x.ArmedForces_PGOct1 at the bottom of the page.

Participation Rate & Summer OASIS:

• Updated Field description for s_ak_stu_x.ActiveDuty_PG
