P-EBT Report

Introduction

The new Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) report is now available that pulls enrollment data per the EDD specifications. The P-EBT report provides nutrition benefits to students who have lost access to free or reduced-price school meals. This also includes students who have hybrid schedules that reduce the number of days or hours they are in the school building, or who are fully remote learning (even if their school is open to some students).

This district level report allows the district to upload current year data of students enrolled in the selected school(s) into the State Report Manager (SRM) for transfer to the Division of Public Assistance for federal reporting purposes. It is recommended that enrollment data is uploaded quarterly during the 2021-2022 school year.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Student Selection

The report selects records from the [Students] table based on the following criteria:

  • Student must not be excluded from state reporting.

  • Student must be enrolled in the school(s) during the current school year.

Description

Schools to Report

Choose one, all, or a selection of Schools. A school selection will only be offered at District Office. When running at a school, only that school will be available.

Students to Include

Required. Indicate which students to include in the report by choosing one of the following options:

  • The Selected "" Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection.

  • All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running the report.
