Migrant Course History Report
Introduction
This report contains course and grade data for migrant students in grades 9 through 12. This report is submitted twice a year, once in January and again in June. This is a district level report.
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Selection Criteria
Student must be in grades 9-12.
Student must not be excluded from state reporting.
Student must have been enrolled at some point during the report date range.
Student must be flagged as Migrant (Migrant = Y)
The student must not have opted out of the AMYA report ([S_AK_STU_X]OptOutAMYA cannot equal 1)
Note: The student SHSEQ numbers must be entered for each necessary student prior to running this report.

Store Codes | Select at least one store code to include on the report. To select multiple store codes, hold down the SHIFT or the CTRL key and click the desired codes. |
