These codes are set up at the District level (Start Page > District Setup > Health Setup > Immunizations > Vaccines). The data is stored in [HealthVaccine]. See State Reporting District Setup for more information about each field.

The dosage of the MMR vaccine must have been administered within the specified timeframe to meet the compliance requirements. When the user enters dates for dose 1 and dose 2, non-compliance may be reported if the minimum and maximum timeframe requirements are not met.
