Classified Staff Accounting Report
Introduction
This report contains information about all classified staff employed by a school district on the first work day of October. This includes staff that work as paraprofessionals.

Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Select Staff | Indicate which staff members to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

12 | HiredForSPED | Used for following job codes to determine if staff member was employed or contracted to provide special education and related services.

13 | TitleI | This is used to identify if this person is a Title I instructional paraprofessional. In a Title I schoolwide school, ALL instructional paraprofessionals are Title I. In a Title I targeted assistance school, only the instructional paraprofessionals paid in whole or in part by Title I are considered Title I paraprofessionals. Valid values:

14 | Title I Hire Date | The date on which this instructional paraprofessional employee was hired into a Title I program. This may or may not be the same date as the Date of Hire as a paraprofessional. If this person is not Title I, the report displays a blank. 18 | MinQuals | Used for instructional paraprofessionals to identify the minimum qualifications met using the following codes. Must be completed for all instructional paraprofessionals in a Title I schoolwide school and all those paid with Title I funds in a targeted assistance school. Valid values:
