Certified Staff Accounting Report
Introduction
This report contains staff member data, including demographics and assignment information. All paraprofessional & classified employees employed by the district on the first work day of October must be included in this report. See the EED Forms & Grants page for additional information.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Staff Selection
The report selects records from the [Users] and [S_AK_USR_Assignment_C] tables based on the following criteria:
The staff member must not be checked to indicate that they were on leave for the year, or that they are a long-term substitute and were not teaching on October 1.
The Is this staff on leave for the full year or were they on leave on October 1st? field must be unchecked.
The staff member must have at least one assignment record that was active on October 1.
