Staff Setup

A custom teacher page can be set up to hide CTS Module courses in the PowerTeacher portal. The custom page can be set up to display only valid attendance periods. If you do not use the custom page, all of the modules will appear in the PowerTeacher portal, making the display difficult to read.

Note: The custom page prevents access to CTS Module classes via the PowerTeacher portal, but access is still available via PowerTeacher gradebook.

If report cards require the use of the Period Info data access tag (DAT), then this option is not recommended.
