State Reporting 20.8.2.0 Release Notes

Reports and processes are updated for better performance. The calls to legacy custom fields (GetCF) are updated and now process database extension fields directly. The following files were updated

Transcripts Collection Report: Version 2.5
Two new fields are added to the StudentCourses extract of the Transcripts report.

• LocalSectionNumber - This is a combination of the Course Number and the Section Number. This can be left blank if the stored grades do not tie to a local section.
• StateCourseId - This is the Alternate Course Number on the course record. If the value is 0 or blank, then will extract as blank.

Transcripts Collection Report: Version 2.5

The Transcripts Collection Report is updated to extract the correct courses and credits earned when using the Freshman (WDE 949) option. The intent of the Freshman Transcript Collection (WDE 949) is to collect the number of credits of students for the first year of high school only. Therefore, the report does not include courses and grades the student earned in the Sophmore year, or if the student repeated ninth grade for any reason.

The Ed-Fi General Setup page now includes an option for 2020-2021.

Homeless Nighttime Residence codes have been updated to reflect the changes for the 2020-21 school year. Previous codes are in the obsolete section of the dropdown and are not selectable.
