Primary Disability is now processed correctly based on the entry and exit dates of the Special Education program record. Item 5 counts the number of Incidents. Item 6 to Item 9 count the number of students. Item 6 is the cumulative length of removal per students not per incident and the threshold of .5 days is not considered Item 10 counts the number of interventions as incidents. Only items identified as state reportable are processed. Additionally, a new Student selection parameter is added to the report to help troubleshoot counts.
