PSSR-266190All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile (System Report) Update

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.1
The Attendance Profile report PDF library is updated and the pagination from ‘Page X of Y’ to ‘Page X’.

Additionally, due to the large PDF size that can result if the report is run for a large selection of students, a validation is added to the report page to restrict the number of students to 200.

PSSR-265130All States/Provinces: DBMS_UTILITY.compile_schema Update

The RecompilePSSchema.sql files for all states are updated with the compile_all => FALSE constraint, in the DBMS_UTILITY function.

PSSR-265823All States/Provinces: Digital Equity and Learning Preferences Page Keeps Loading

Digital Equity and Learning Preferences page is updated to show the data while editing, even if there are special characters inside the data.

PSSR-259236All States/Provinces: Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in Public Portal Pref Does Not Save

The Miscellaneous page in District is updated to save the Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal correctly.

PSSR-266487Common CRDC Fields Visibility

CRDC fields have been enabled from common, as per the latest 2020-21 guidelines.

Below are the list:

  • Student CRDC Page.
    • DSED-1, DSED-2.   Is this a student enrolled in any distance education courses?
    • ENRL-3a.   Is this a student with one or more disabilities served under IDEA? → This field is Mapped to Support Services IEP Field
    • ENRL-3b.   Is this a student with disabilities served under Section 504, but not served under IDEA? → This field is Mapped to Support Services SS504 Field
    • PENR-3, PENR-4.   Is this a student enrolled in Dual Enrollment or Dual Credit Programs? → This field is Mapped to Support Services Dual Enrollment Field
    • APIB-2.   Is this a student enrolled in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program?
  • District CRDC Page:
    • DSED-1.   Does the LEA have any students enrolled in any distance educational courses?
  • School CRDC Page:
    • PENR-3.   Does this school have any students enrolled in a dual enrollment/dual credit program?
  • Courses CRDC Page:
    • DSED-1, DSED-2.   Is this a distance education course?
    • PENR-3, PENR-4.   Is this a Dual Enrollment or Dual Credit course?
  • Section CRDC Page:
    • DSED-1, DSED-2.   Is this a distance education course?
    • PENR-3, PENR-4.   Is this a Dual Enrollment or Dual Credit course?
PSSR-251945Alert for incomplete Sub-District Configuration

Description:
Sub-District functionality has been updated and now end users will be alerted if Sub-District functionality is enabled but the following setup steps have not been completed:

  • No Sub-Districts have been defined.
  • One or more schools have not been assigned to a Sub-District. This logic does not apply to schools that are excluded from state reporting.

In either case, the following message will display:

  • Sub-District functionality is enabled but the setup is incomplete. All schools not excluded from state reporting must be assigned to a sub-district.
PSSR-265824Restraint Action Attributes Codes Changes

Restraint Action Attributes Codes are changed back to Yes/No from Physical/Mechanical per AOE requirements.

PSSR-262932VT - 05_PS_GradeProg Report GRADEEND is Not Populating For Exited Student

05_PS_GradeProgram: Version 1.13

Exit date "GradeEnd Date" will be populated for the student who is transferred out of the school.

PSSR-262477VT - 07_PS_ATT Present Codes with Attendance Value of 0.5 Counting Absence

07_PS_Att: Version 1.5

An Attendance value of 0.5 will now count as Present for students. Any value above 0.5 was considered as Present before this.
