"All Schools" option in SRP Reports are fetching records from an Inactive School

Below reports are corrected to make sure when we run the SRP Reports with “All Schools” Options with logic added to verify the Flag set for “Exclude from State Reporting” at School Level and filter the Data accordingly based on that.

PSSR-254699

05_PS_GradeProg PK Students That Transferred Schools Within District Shows Only One Record

05_PS_GradeProg: Version 1.12

1) PK Students who transferred out to another school in the same year, at the district-level the report will display both records.
2) IF Previous Enrollment has IEP = "YES" then Grade level is "EE".
3) Records will not be displayed if the school is excluded from state reporting.

All States/Provinces: Learning Preferences Functionality Updates

The following updates have been made to the Learning Preferences functionality:

• Learning Preferences Code creation link is moved to District Setup page under the Code Sets link.

• The Code Start Date & Code End Date are now editable.

• The Learning Preferences link at Student-Level is renamed to Digital Equity & Learning Preferences.

• When creating a new record, field values from the last record with the greatest Effective Date carry forward if present.

  • Fields that copy to a new record:

    • Internet In Residence

    • Internet Access

    • Internet Performance

    • Device Access

    • Device Type

    • Device Serial number

    • Paper Learning Packets

The Course Flexible Pathways field on the section page has the same setting as on the course page, unless user has already overwritten the field at the section level.

The following updates have been made to the Learning Preferences functionality:

• Learning Preferences Code creation link is moved to District Setup page under the Code Sets link.

  • If a state has code sets disabled then the Learning Preferences Code creation link can be found at the last section under the Code Setup Header

• The Learning Preferences link at Student-Level is renamed to Digital Equity & Learning Preferences.

• When creating a new record, field values from the last record with the greatest Effective Date carry forward if present.

• Access to the Digital Equity & Learning Preferences link, at the student level, is now governed by a check box in the "Edit Security Group" page (path below).
  Path: Start page> System> Groups>[ select group ]
  Upon receiving the update, administrators must go into security groups and give the appropriate groups access to this page.
  Note: This security group setting is suppressed for ND and TX.
