List of Students


Report Description

This report prints a List of Students in PDF format for each school. This includes students that have been enrolled in any part of the year. Tuition Students are excluded unless specified to include them. The Final Classification is taken from the final Exit Code on the student's record for the school enrolled. If you run the report before the end of the school year, the only students who will have a Final Classification are students who earlier withdrew from school.

Navigation: System Reports > State > Miscellaneous Reports > List of Students.



Schools to Include

Choose one of the following:

  • Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.
  • All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria.

Note: The All Schools option is only available when running the report from the District Office.

Current Selection of Students

Choose one of the following:

  • The Selected [x] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection.
  • All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district.
School YearSelect the school year for which you want to print this report. 
Include Tuition StudentsSelect this checkbox if you wish to include tuition students in the report.
