VA State Transcript: Version 4.7
The PDF renderer has been updated to support generating the Transcript Report on different nodes. This update impacts clients using an array environment that occasionally receives failed messages when generating the report, only to have it complete without any modification in reporting parameter selections. This is an initial update to address the reported issue.
