The System CRDC 2021-2022 report (on the System Report tab) has been updated to calculate a combination of data when multiple schools have identical SCH IDs and one of the schools is marked as Primary.

All States: Add HEP B Compliance Rule

The Hepatitis B vaccine guideline has been added and will be used to assess students' compliance status by evaluating their adherence to the prescribed dose requirements within the specified date range.

Master Schedule Collection (MSC): Add New Field for Staff Information - Deactivation Date

The Staff Information page has been updated to include a Deactivation Date field. This field will support additional logic that will be added for staff reporting for the 2024-2024 school year.

CRDC (2021-2022)

The issue involving S2 Block Scheduled Classes not appearing on the CRDC Report has been resolved. When a section is flagged as Block Scheduled and the Spring Count date is used, the report should pull any sections based on the CRDC subject settings. However, the report was not pulling the student counts for S2 classes that are flagged as block scheduled under the applicable category. The S1 sections were being correctly pulled, but the S2 sections were not showing as flagged in the Student Audit when the report was run with the Spring Count data. This behavior was inconsistent with the expected results.
