State Reporting 21.8.1.0 Release Notes

The following changes are included to support the 2021-22 SRC submissions:

• A CTE Finisher code’s description value '6' reads “(6) - Completed 2 state-approved CTE courses in a sequence but has not met the requirements for graduation”.
• The Student Enrollment MOP Flag field has been reinstated from the legacy section and is added below the Remote Instruction Percent of Time field, on all existing student enrollment pages.
• “Special Education Funding for VPI Placement (14)” is added as an available option to the PK Funding Source Code list, on all existing student pages.
• A new field SLIFE Status Flag is added below the existing field, Receiving EL Services Code on the student General tab.
• Field Date of Entry into U.S. Schools now display below the SLIFE Status Flag field. An information icon is added to display business rule information for the field. The following business rules are displayed: Required if SLIFE Status Flag = Y. Required if Immigrant Youth Flag = Y. If not null, IY Flag or SLIFE Flag is required.
• The override field SRC Locally Awarded Verified Credit Override is updated to allow a selection of up to 9 in the drop-down list.
• The value '5' in the EL Services Code list is greyed out as the value has been discontinued.
• The descriptions for values ‘2' and '4’ in the field Military Connected Student are updated as follows:
  -For value 2, added the word “Space Force” after Coast Guard
  -For Value 4, updated to display as “…National Guard, active or reserve duty; student is a dependent of a member of the National Guard (and not a dependent of a member of the U.S. Armed Forces.)”.
