PSSR-258722	All States/Provinces: Digital Equity & Learning Preferences Functionality Updates	The following updates have been made to the Learning Preferences functionality: Learning Preferences Code creation link is moved to District Setup page under the Code Sets link. If a state has code sets disabled then the Learning Preferences Code creation link can be found at the last section under the Code Setup Header The Code Start Date & Code End Date are now editable. The Learning Preferences link at Student-Level is renamed Digital Equity & Learning Preferences. When creating a new record, field values from the last record with the greatest Effective Date carry forward if present. Fields that copy to a new record: Internet In Residence Internet Access Internet Performance Device Access Device Type Device Serial number Paper Learning Packets Access to the Digital Equity & Learning Preferences link, at the student level, is now governed by a check box in the "Edit Security Group" page (path below). Path: Start page> System> Groups>[ select group ] Upon receiving the update, administrators must go into security groups and give the appropriate groups access to this page. Note: This security group setting is suppressed for ND and TX.

PSSR-256161	Incident Management Code/Sub-Code Updates	The Load Codes/Subcodes script is updated. After running the Load Codes/Sub-Codes Script, the following items are updated: A new behavior code (PD) Persistently Dangerous Behavior Code^ is added with 16 subcodes Removed the state-reportable flag and adding 'Do Not Use' to the description for six existing behavior codes Removed the state-reportable flag and adding 'Do Not Use' to the description for the Incident Attribute 'Persistently Dangerous Incident Code^' and all twenty-one of its subcodes
PSSR-254650	SRC Unexcused Abs Tab: Page performance Update	The student SRC Unexcused Absences tab is updated to reduce the time it takes to calculate absences and load the data for an individual student.
PSSR-250443	Principal's Report to the Superintendent: Report Output Update	Principal's Report to the Superintendent: Version: 2.0 The identified report is updated to include and organize data for students categorized by gender type "Non-Binary" in addition to "Boys"for Male and "Girls" for Female as set on their student demographic page.
PSSR-251963	Recently Arrived EL Field: Value Updates	Disabled value “No“ and added a blank value to the 'Recently Arrived EL' drop-down list in Start Page > Student Selection > State/Province- VA > SRI Data.
PSSR-249436	Request to Remove Validation from VA Student Pages	The LDV and Page Submit validations for several student fields(i.e. PK Funding) are removed from the pages below: Start Page > Student Selection > State/Province - VA > General Start Page > Student Selection > State/Province - VA > Transfer Info > Current Enrollment Start Page > Student Selection > State/Province - VA > Transfer Info > Previous Enrollment
PSSR-256411	SchoolID and SectionId Not Populating in S_VA_SEC_ADDITIONAL_STAFF_C Table When Section 'Additional Staff Records' Are Created	Value for fields SchoolID and SectionId are now saved in table S_VA_SEC_ADDITIONAL_STAFF_C when an additional staff record is created for a Section.

PSSR-256412	VA State Transcript Report: Update to Print Non-Binary Gender	VA state Transcript: Version 3.9 The logic for gender is updated to print "Non-Binary" when a student has a gender value of N.
PSSR-256406	VA State Transcript Report: Duplicate Completed Non-Zero Course Issue Resolved	VA State Transcript: Version 3.9 The identified report is updated to print a single entry for required zero credit courses (i.e. Drivers Ed) when run-time parameter 'Include zero credit courses' is set to No.
