Page validation is added to the Diploma Seal field to aid in data entry. An alert message displays if the value entered does not match the expected value type (numeric). The message reads as follows: A valid value must be entered. See the code list for example.

Principal's Report to Superintendent: Version 1.8

The Principal's Report to Superintendent is updated to print from the Legal Name and Legal Gender fields if populated. If there is no data stored, the report will print from the preferred Name and Gender information from the student Demographics page.

PSSR-229543State Transcript: Calculate an SAT and ACT Super Score

State Transcript: Version 3.1

When the VA State Transcript report generates the SAT and ACT score information, the report extracts the top scores from each test and places them in the score column. A new row displays after each score type to report the Superscore. The SAT SuperScore is calculated by totaling the printed SAT scores. The ACT SuperScore is calculated by totaling the printed ACT scores, dividing by the number of scores, and then rounding to the nearest whole number.

The calculations for Unexcused Absence - Locally Defined and Unexcused Absence - Truancy fields on the Student Collection reports and Student Unexcused Absence tab are updated to recognize the use of an attendance bridge period. The calculation will now check the attendance method set for ATN to determine the number of days to report per unexcused category. When meeting attendance is selected, the reports will leverage the student attendance entries for all scheduled meeting periods. When daily attendance is selected, the reports will leverage the student attendance entry for the scheduled bridge period for the day.

The Student Record Collection - Summer report is updated to meet the 2019-2020 data collection and file formatting requirements which includes:

  • Early Intervening Services Flag (IDEA Part B)

  • Intensive Support Services Code
  • Filler Fields

The report logic continues to extract values required for Summer submission when the parameter 'Do you want to include All Fields' is set to No.
