Principal's Report to the Superintendent: Version 1.9

This report is updated to sort the detailed sections by the student’s last name, followed by the student’s first name.

VA - Student Record Collection - Summer: Version 3.6

The VA - Student Record Collection - Summer report is updated to correctly extract only 9 characters in the A record, previously 10 characters were incorrectly extracted.

A new parameter to Identify Courses in Progress is added to the report run-time page for the VA State Transcript. When set to No, the report excludes the student’s classes that are in progress (non-graded). When set to Yes, these courses are included in the Work In Progress section. The default is Yes.

Verified Credit Update Report: Version 1.6

A new parameter Print Student's Legal Name? has been added to the report. If Yes is selected, the Student’s First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name are extracted from STUDENTCOREFIELDS table, when these fields are populated. If No is selected, the report extracts the Student’s First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name from the STUDENTS table.

Virginia State Transcript: Version 3.4

The Virginia State Transcript has been updated to prevent the overlapping of the Student and School Comment boxes with the Student Grades & Work-In-Progress segments.
