Student Attendance Summary - Excused, Unexcused, Days Suspended Calculation Updates

UT Student Attendance Summary Report: Version 1.1

Additional Reference: PSSR-322742

The following updates have been made to the Excused, Unexcused, and Days Suspended calculations:

• Attendance for courses or sections that are either Excluded from ADA or Excluded from State Reporting will no longer be considered.

• The logic will now calculate and convert all values for the noted elements in the “180-day equivalent”

  • Note: Values will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
