State Reporting 23.11.1.1 Release Notes

Unique ID Report Update

The Unique ID report has been updated and will now calculate data for students in excluded schools based on the following new parameter.

• Include Students from Excluded Schools?

Behavior:

• Do Not Include - The report will behave as it does now. Students enrolled in excluded schools will not be factored into any of the calculations and/or output.

• Include - The report will calculate membership data for all students who meet the selection criteria, even if they’re at a school excluded from state reporting.

When running the report, if a school that is Excluded from State Reporting is selected in the list of available schools (to run the report for), the new Include Students from Excluded Schools? parameter must be set to Include to see data from that school.

Note: This report change supports the recent addition of the School Override field at the Students and ReEnrollments level.

This field and supporting functionality will give districts the ability to report students who reside in a school that’s Excluded from State Reporting under another building that is not Excluded from State Reporting.

If the School Override field(s) are populated for a student that is in a school that is not Excluded from State Reporting, the School Override value will be ignored.

The SMP changes to support this functionality are in development and will be released in a future SMP update.

The Program Course and Membership report has been updated and will now calculate data for students in excluded schools based on the following new parameter.
