Discipline Incident Missing Elements

When publishing Discipline Incidents, some elements such as physical Arrest, Search And Seizure, Criminal Citation, and Non-criminal Citation could be missing from the data. This occurs when the action that contains these elements is linked to a student’s behavior instead of directly to the student.

This update corrects this mapping so that the action can be linked to the student or behavior without any issues and all elements are published correctly.

Excused, Unexcused, and Suspension Calculation Update

Excused, Unexcused, and Suspension values have been updated with the following:

For schools that use Period Attendance, if a Section is marked as Exclude From Attendance, the class attendance record will not be counted toward the attendance conversion.
When a student’s membership value is less than 1, the values for Excused, Unexcused, and Suspension Calculation will be adjusted to 180-day conversion. This already occurs for the membership value and is now updated for these other fields.
