State Reporting 24.3.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-337878	All States/Provinces: Health Report Issue Fix	Health Report Version: 1.7 The Health report has been updated to populate data for Scoliosis and Tuberculosis Screenings in the report output.
PSSR-333912	All States/Provinces: Meningococcal (MenACWY) Compliance Update	The Meningococcal (MenACWY) vaccine compliance for KG students has been adjusted to align with specific criteria where two doses are required. The first dose is required at entry to 7th grade (11-12 years) and the second dose at 11th grade (16-18 years). For children aged 16-18 years without a previous MenACWY vaccine, only one dose is required.
PSSR-336427	All States: Term Submission Issue Fix in CRDC Final Grade Store Codes Page	An issue where users could submit Final Grade Store Codes without specifying a term has been resolved. Users will now receive the appropriate error message, preventing such submissions.
PSSR-341484	24-25 School Year changes: Convert Exit Code Handling to Core Exit Code Set	TREx Extract: Version 24.3.2 TREx Extract by Student Number: Version 24.3.2 The exit code handling has been moved to the core exit code set in TREX. Users can now access and manage exit codes in District Setup>Code Sets instead of retrieving them from the Start page>Exit codes. The reported value in District Setup>Code Sets will be used in reports now. The above change will be activated starting from the upcoming school year of 2024-2025.
PSSR-341483	24-25 School Year changes: Convert Exit Code Handling to Core Exit Code Set	Potential Dropouts: Version 24.3.2 Student PEIMS Graduate Verification Report: Version 24.3.2 Student PEIMS Leaver Verification Report: Version 24.3.2 Texas Graduation Profile Report: Version 24.3.2 Texas Individual Graduation Profile Report: Version 24.3.2 The exit code handling has been moved to the core exit code set for PEIMS and Graduation report. Users can now access and manage exit codes in District Setup>Code Sets instead of retrieving them from the Start page>Exit codes. The reported value in District Setup>Code Sets will be used in reports now. The above change will be activated starting from the upcoming school year of 2024-2025.
PSSR-340743	ADA Period Logic updated for Campus Summary, Attendance Interchange and Student Detail	TX Interchange Student Attendance: Version 24.3.2 Campus Summary: Version 24.3.2 Student Detail: Version 24.3.2 The ADA period logic for the Campus Summary, Student Detail reports, and the Attendance Interchange has been updated for accurate reflection of student attendance. This update specifically addresses scenarios where multiple ADA periods are involved, including cases where double-digit periods overlap with single-digit periods.
PSSR-340344	Student-Parent Interchange Updates	TX Interchange Student-Parent: Version 24.3.2 The Student Parent Interchange is updated to resolve the error caused by duplicate ID values during state uploads.
PSSR-341265	Updated School Change for Students Transitioning from State Reportable Campus to UIL	The Student UIL record is updated with logic that in the event of a school transitioning from non-UIL to UIL, the users are now able to adjust the UIL record accordingly. This enhancement streamlines the process by allowing users to select the new school from a drop-down list within the existing record.
