PSSR-338917	All States: System CRDC 2021-2022 Report- Multiple Schools with identical SCH ID Calculation Update	CRDC Report (2021-2022) Version: 1.4 The System CRDC 2021-2022 report (on the System Report tab) has been updated to calculate a combination of data when multiple schools have identical SCH IDs and one of the schools is marked as Primary.
PSSR-337011	Removed Campuses Excluded From State Reporting from School Dropdown Lists	Modified the Campus ID dropdown lists in the Incident Management & Student Truancy Tracking module. In Incident Management, schools set as Exclude from State Reporting are moved to the bottom of the dropdown list and displayed as disabled/grayed out. In Student Truancy Tracking, only schools not set as Exclude from State Reporting are displayed in the dropdown list. These changes ensure that the dropdown lists now function as intended, aligning with the respective module's requirements.
PSSR-338471	TX – New PEIMS Error Check for Missing Campus of Residence When Attribution Code = 01 or 30	A new error check has been implemented to identify students with Attribution Code 01 or 30 and a missing value for the "Campus ID of Residence" field. This check has been added to the PEIMS Error Check and Student PEIMS Error Check Report sections. When students have attribution codes 01 or 30 and the "Campus of Residence" field is empty, a new report titled "Missing Campus ID of Residence Record" will be generated under the Student PEIMS error check tab. This report will assist in identifying and correcting students with missing campus information when the attribution code is set to 01 or 30.
PSSR-339790	Update CRDC Incident Management report	The CRDC Incident Management report is relocated to the bottom of the state reporting page under the CRDC section for the 2021-2022 academic year. This change improves organization and accessibility for users. The year displayed for the report has been updated to accurately reflect the academic year. The report remains accessible and functional after the relocation, and the CRDC section visually indicates the presence of the Incident Management verification report.
PSSR-338015	Update in the Incident Management Verification report for the missing Incidents	Incident Management Verification Report Version: 24.2.2 The Incident Management Verification Report is updated to address inconsistencies between student discipline data and the incident management verification report. The issue specifically occurs when incorrect setup has been done by the user to add sub-codes to the main CORE participant role codes of Offender, Victim, Reporter and Witness.
PSSR-338954	Updated LEP to EB/EL on the On the Student Demographic page	The soft warning message in the Student Language Code section has been updated. Now instead of LEP, EB/EL will be displayed as text in the warning.
PSSR-338472	Updated PEIMS General Record Automation to Exclude Records for Students in Non-Reportable Schools	The update excludes the creation of PEIMS General Information records for students enrolled or re-enrolled in schools marked as "Exclude from State Reporting" and with the "Enable PEIMS General Record Automation for New Students and New Reenrollments" preference activated. This change prevents the automatic creation of PEIMS records for these specific cases.
