PSSR-365304 | Ed-Fi Enrollment Autocode process update to populate students from non-reportable campuses | The Ed-Fi Enrollments Autocode process has been modified to include students from non-reportable campuses. An issue was identified in the Charter School Waitlist collection, where "Student Applications" were not being published. This issue also affects collections involving students enrolled in non-reportable campuses, such as the Child Find Collection and Non-Enrolled UIL Participants. A one-time script has been provided to insert records into the S_TX_STU_SCHOOL_ENR_C table for non-reportable campuses. Additionally, the DCF logic has been updated to ensure the insertion of records into this table for these campuses. |
PSSR-362586 | Reporting Period Attendances Missing Student Unique ID values | Updates are made to the nightly process logic to ensure that the Student Unique ID values are updated to reflect the values from Student Demographics. |
PSSR-363596 | Update for Campus Summary Report | Campus Summary: Version 24.10.2 The Campus Summary report has been updated to resolve the Oracle error that occurred when Fall and September Snapshot dates were missing. These dates are now defaulted in the logic and can be modified in the setup if an override is needed. Additionally, the report has been updated to fix the Oracle error (ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small) that occurred when a student had an Instructional Setting of 89 or any other setting with a long description. This issue has now been addressed in the report. |
PSSR-362158 | Updated the LEP to EB. | The user interface for following reports has been updated by changing LEP to EB. The impact of this change on reports has been addressed to ensure accuracy and consistency.
