PSSR-334522 | AAR Update for 4 Part Semester Courses | AAR: Version 23.11.2 AAR by Number, Grade, Last Initials, or Student Selection: Version 23.11.2 AAR - Unofficial Transcript: Version 23.11.2 The AAR reports are updated with logic to handle four-part semester courses that span two academic years, which now appear on the transcript as expected. These semester-length courses are asssigned Course Sequence codes of 6, 7, 8 and 9 to indicate that they comprise the four parts of the curriculum with completion grades mapped to the S1 or S2 store codes. |
PSSR-326712 | As-of-Status Calculation Updates | On the student As-of-Status Calculation page, records for the prior year now display in the Previous Records panel. The internal Fall As of Status Date field has also been removed from the UI. These are cosmetic updates only with no impact on functionality or the Fall PEIMS Student Interchange. In addition, the calculation schedule for the next school year has also been adjusted to begin creating records for the next school year only after the year-end-process has run. |
PSSR-327112 | Campus Summary: Additional Signature Lines for Special Programs Staff | Campus Summary: Version 23.11.2 The Campus Summary Oaths and Affidavits page is updated to add signature lines with dates for the following special programs. These signatures are optional and not required by TEA.

PSSR-332324 | Ed-Fi Enrollment Table and Calculation Updates | Student Ed-Fi Enrollment records are updated two include two additional fields from the PEIMS General record per the latest TEA Ed-Fi ODS data standards: Campus of Residence and Campus of Accountability. The automated process to populate and update records in the Ed-Fi Enrollments table is also updated to support these additional elements, and new logic is implemented for Exit Codes Status Change Exit Code for Continuous Enrollments: For each change to one or more of the following elements while the student remains continuously enrolled at the same school, populate the Exit Code in the Ed-Fi Enrollments table as “SC” (Status Change) per the latest TEA requirements.
Transfer Out/Change Schools: For enrollment exits that occur during the year when the student is transferred out or moved to a different school (other than end-of-year transfers), Exit Codes are reported as follows:

PSSR-334184 | Incident Management Seed Script Updates | A new master Incident Management Code seeding script is now implemented along with updates to the legacy seed scripts. These replace the existing scripts that run in the state reporting installer to provide all the required codes for Texas Incident Management. |
PSSR-334045 | New PEIMS Error Check for Invalid Track for School | Student PEIMS Error Check Report: Version 23.11.2 A new PEIMS Error Check for “Invalid Track for School” is now available under the Enrollment category in the UI and in the Student PEIMS Error Check Report. The logic checks for students assigned a Track in current or previous enrollments for which there is no corresponding setup in School Info. This condition causes fatal errors when reporting EdOrg Calendar and Attendance records for the PEIMS Summer submission, and produces dependency errors in Ed-Fi.
To address this error, districts need to determine if the student record is incorrect (i.e. remove or modify the Track), or if the Track setup for School Day Minutes and Instructional Program Type by Track is missing in School Info (i.e. complete the required setup for each Track in use at the school). |
PSSR-334702 | Staff Responsibility and Staff Payroll/Employment Page Updates | The Staff Responsibility Record and Payroll/Employment Record pages are updated to ensure that the User DCID for the Staff member is passed into the record as expected and records are saved when submitted regardless of the navigation steps taken by the user. |
PSSR-334804 | Student Attributes File to Change Subject from "Reading" to "RLA" | Student Test Attributes Upload File: Version 23.11.2 The Student Test Attributes Upload File has been updated per the latest Cambium requirements to report the STAAR 3-8 Reading/Language Arts subject using the new convention of “RLA” instead of “Reading.” |
PSSR-334714 | Student Enrollment Interchange and Student Graduation Record Validation Updates | TX Interchange Student Enrollment: Version 23.11.2 The Fall PEIMS Student Enrollment Interchange is updated to report the FHSPDistingLevelAchieveIndicator element in the Graduation Program Extension for Texas First Early HS Completion Program graduates.
Additionally, the validations on the Graduation Information page are updated to prevent the entry of FHSP Endorsements when the TX First Early HS Completion code is set to 01 or 02. Any endorsements previously entered for these students are suppressed in the interchange per TEA fatal edits. |
PSSR-335185 | Student Unique ID Web Service Updates | The Student Unique ID Web Services API is updated to resolve Java Script errors which prevented the Near Match Resolution page from loading properly. In addition, the Unique ID Credentials page now appears as expected in the Enhanced Navigation view under District Management > Compliance > Texas Unique ID Credentials. |
PSSR-326076 | New ED-Fi Reporting Period Attendance Tables | To support future Texas Ed-Fi attendance reporting of the summary six-week attendance period records for students, a set of new tables has been added to the database. These tables contain the same elements as are currently reported in the Summer PEIMS Student Attendance Interchange. In subsequent releases, calculation routines and new UI pages will be added to process, store, and display the source six week attendance records that will reported by Ed-Fi through the PowerSchool SIS DEX Cloud.
