State Reporting 22.6.2.0 Release Notes

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.4

The render class for the Attendance Profile report is updated and the report will now complete successfully regardless of which node (in the array) processes the report job.

The logic used to identify inactive students is now modified to consider the student Enroll Status field instead of the student Exit Date. Previously, once the school year had concluded, all students were considered inactive because the Exit Date was in the past, which caused confusion when generating the reports over the summer.
After this change, if the student's Enroll Status = 0, the student is considered active; otherwise inactive.

• The Grade Level for the student is now displayed below the Gender element. Grade Level displays as 12 for all graduates, regardless of the grade level assigned in the Graduates School.
• In addition, if no students meet the selection criteria based on the runtime parameters selected by the user, the PDF report now generates a single page and displays "No students meet the report criteria" instead of generating a blank PDF.

When the report is run with the ADA Period only option, the file output is now correct and displays each record in a separate row as expected.
