PSSR-282068All States/Provinces: CRDC 2020-2021 Report: Common PDF Template Updates

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report common PDF template is updated to correct various spelling errors and item label updates.

PSSR-281432CRDC 2020-2021 Report: Common Submission Files Update 

The common (across all states) CRDC 2020-2021 Report's school submission files will no longer insert an extra carriage return or add extra columns under certain data scenarios.

CRDC 2020-2021 Report: Sub-District Validation Improvement

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report is updated to display an informational message in the District (LEA) PDF file letting administrators know when required sub-district setup elements are missing.

The following updates are now available for the TSDS, Summer PEIMS, and SELA Collections.

  • Ed Org Interchange
    • All Collections: The Program complex and Program ID refs are updated to remove Child Find and SELA, which are invalid.
    • Class Roster, ECDS, RFT, SPPI-14 and Summer PEIMS Collections: The Class Period complex is now included as expected.
  • SELA Interchange Updates
    • StudentParent Interchange: Added the new E1723 ELIGIBILITY-DATE element to the Disabilities complex (TX-EligibilityDateDisabilities)
      • Indicates the date upon which a student who is deaf or hard of hearing is eligible for services.
      • For SELA, this date may be within the current school year or in a previous year.
      • PowerSchool logic: the Entry Date from the earliest SPED special program record where the student was identified as having any of these two disabilities - Deaf-Blindness (Deaf-Blind) or Hearing/Auditory Impairment (Auditory Impairment) is reported.
    • StudentProgram Interchange: StudentSpecialEdProgramAssociationExtension
      • E1663 FREQUENCY-OF-SERVICES (TX-FrequencyOfServices) and E1664 HOURS-SPENT-RECEIVING-SERVICES (TX-HoursSpentReceivingServices) are now reported only when a student is receiving Language Acquisition Services.
      • Indirect and Consultative services are now combined and reported as a single service: Indirect/Consultative
    • SELA PEIMS Special Program Verification Report Updates
      • Indirect and Consultative services are now combined and reported as a single service: Indirect/Consultative
      • Two new columns are added to report the Disability Effective Date and Disability Eligibility Date for Deaf-Blindness or Hearing/Auditory Impairment as reported in the SELA Student Parent Interchange.
        • The Disability Effective Date is always reported as the first date in the current school year where the disability was in effect.
        • The Disability Eligibility Date is the earliest date in the current school year or in a prior school year where the student was identified as eligible for services due the disability.
